Because the practice of yoga is a process of internal inquiry, I invite you to deepen your practice with a private session. Combining emotional/psychological healing with body work intensifies and amplifies your goals. Private sessions uniquely compliment the work you do in session and allow you to practice the mindfulness required to heal. Whether you want to work through an injury, practice mindfulness, or clear out negative emotions, private sessions provide you with the one on one attention, instruction, and guidance to do so.
